You must be registered as an app user in order to log into the rCAPTURE Data Collector app.  For additional security, the login credentials for the rCAPTURE Data Collector app are managed separately from where reports are viewed.

If you don’t have login credentials for the rCAPTURE Data Collector app, contact your Account Administrator to set you up.

Once you are set up as an app user, you will receive an email invite that contains a random password for you to log in to the app. It is recommended that you change your password to avoid needing to remember the random password from your invite email.

If you have been granted administrative access to manage other rCAPTURE Data Collector users, you will use the same login credentials to access the rCAPTURE Management Dashboard as you do for the rCAPTURE Data Collector app.
