You must be registered as an app user in order to log into the mobile app. Once you are set up as an app user, you will receive an email invite that contains a random password for you to log in to rCAPTURE.
It is recommended that you change your password to avoid needing to remember the random password from your invite email. Here’s how:
Steps:
- Click on the Settings Icon in the top-right corner of your screen
- In the Settings Screen, enter your new password, then click Change Password.
