At times, the New User may not receive their invitation email, or the link to the registration page in their email may have expired. If this is the case, the New User invitation email can be resent from the New User’s profile present in the Administration page.
Users who have been sent an invitation email but have not yet completed the registration process have an existing entry in the directory of Users where Confirmed = “false” and Last Login (UTC) is blank.
Click on Edit to open up the Edit User form, verify the email address and Permissions are correct, and click Resend Registration Email.
